Michelia chapensis seeds
Michelia chapensis, or Magnolia chapensis, seeds mature in September, an evergreen tree reaching a height of 15 - 30 m. Bark is grey or dark brown. Leaves 6.5 - 16 cm long and 3.5 - 7 cm wde.
It flowers in March, light yellow with fragrance, and fruits mature in August - September.

Michelia chapensis like warm and humid climate, from 15 - 32 centigrade, but can take as high as 41 centigrade, and as low as -7 centigrade.
It's now mainly cultivated for ornamental tree.
